METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION OF COMPOSTED RAW MATERIAL VIA PRE-COMPOSTING OF THE RAW MATERIAL COMPONENTS INTO A TIGHT MEMBRANE

Novelty: management process of mixed organic materials derived from domestic and vegetable-born refuse for being converted via the known composting process into a nutritional material (organic fertiliser-compost) for plants. Management process: the urban refuse are subjected to a fine chopping and screening process enabling the separation of organic components (brawn organic components) which are collected. Similarly, the vegetable-born refuse (green organic components) are cut into pieces of the desired size. The definitely- proportioned composted mixture of green and brawn organic components are deposited on the composting field for being fermented under the controlled presence of oxygen. The invention proposes the previous application of an innovative pre-composting process before the pre-composted refuse mixture is deposited on the composting field. Pre-composting implies the air-proof wrapping of one at least component of the mixture to be composted with a polymer membrane and the storage of same for being subjected to a preparatory fermentation by consumption of the oxygen enclosed under the wrapping membrane.
