The various embodiments herein provide hands free crutches with shock reducing mechanism. The hands free crutches with shock reducing mechanism comprise a pair of vertical tubular rods, a wood pad, a rubber handle and a shock absorbing mechanism. The pair of vertical tubular rods have a half round bending at one end. The half round bend is present at a bottom side of the vertical tubular rods. The wood pad has a foam on a top side. The wood pad has an elastic sleeve. The shock absorbing mechanism is made up of a component. The component is a spring and pipe component. The spring and the pipe are joined together. The spring is a coil spring.
