The enzymatic catalyst represents an invention that will be a renewable resource for improving the quality of heavy and extra heavy oils, which turn the same into more manageable fluids upon allowing oil to flow easily through production pipes, from the producer interval to the point of sale, ensuring oil to flow at a low temperature; technically the proposed enzymatic catalyst represents a viscosity reducer, which interacts with the molecules of the hydrocarbon reducing the interfacial forces, increasing the intramolecular separation thereof, reducing the viscosity of the crude so that promoting the emulsion breakage due to the weakening of the forces that stabilizes the same.
