Described is an organic-type food supplement for dairy cattle, which manufacturing process modifies the individual nutritional properties of the components and, by associative effect, enhances the nutritional value of the mixture, offering a better nutriment supplementation compared to the supplementations produced by the complements in an individual manner. This food supplement is formulated from sugar cane molasses, rice bran, wood ashes and earth. The mixture is biotransformed by anaerobic fermentation, so as to increase the availability of the nutrients of the rice bran and the mineral elements present in the other components of the mixture, thus enriching the ruminal microbiota of cattle.
