The in vitro culturing method and system with an indicator of nutrimental presence using salts of low saturation point, facilitates the detection of depletion of nutriments, having as an indicator a precipitate derived from the oversaturation of the medium through the use of salts with a low saturation point. The method comprises the sprout, growth and development of vascular plants in a sterile medium, which uses salts of low saturation point, salts of high solubility, an inert support, a sucrose source and a chelating agent at a pH of 5.6 +/- 0.2., with a photoperiod of 16/8 light/darkness hours, at a temperature of 25 +/- 2°C and 1800 lux; the system refers to a container, the culture medium with the indicator of presence of nutrients (medium IN), where the organism may be developed. The best concentration to promote, in a lower time, the sprout of Catasetum integerrimun, is IN 25% and IN 100% for phases of growth and development.
