摘要

Low-temperature procedure for synthesis of cordierite-based dielectric material in a high-energy ball mill with Bi2O3 addition is based on stoihiometric mixture 2MgO*2Al2O3*5SiO2 with 5 mass % Bi2O3 wich is placed in a high energy ball mill with zirconium-oxide vessels and balls 10 mm in diameter. Ball to powder mass ratio is 40:1. Activation process is performed in air atmosfere during 60-120 minutes with mill speed of 400 rotations per minute. After activation, room temperature cooled powder should be sieved trough 0.2 mm sieve. Such obtained powders can be pressed and sintered in a temperature range from 1100 to 1200°C, after which cordierite-based dielectric material with specific electrical, mechanical and phisico-chemical properties is synthesized. This procedure significantly reduces processing price of the above mentioned material.
