TRAINING DEVICE FOR SURGICAL SKILL ACQUISITION

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to surgery, and can be used for training qualified specialists in surgery. A training device for surgical skill acquisition comprises working surface as bordered by vertical walls rectangular double-level platform with base on angular foots provided with vacuum cups, upper level of the platform is inclined at angle of 10° relative to recessed part of the platform. The platform recessed part comprises simulators of adjustable tension of wound edges tissue as two rubber tourniquets passed in parallel in the horizontal plane through platform lateral walls at distance of 3 cm one from another and hooks arranged between those as semi-oval rings fixed to right lateral wall of the platform, mushroom-shaped element fixed to left lateral wall of the platform and rod fixed to the platform bottom. On the chamfered platform surface crocodile clips are placed to which distal end rubber monofilament holders are fixed, those are brought through openings at platform edges under bottom thereof and fixed with additional miniclips; rubber tourniquets are provided with tension regulator.
