The invention relates to medicine, namely to the combustiology and urology and can be used for the reconstruction of scrotum following the traumatic injury or Fournier disease. A method consists in implantation of dermotension balloon beneath cutaneous-fat remnants of scrotum in 2-3 months following wound healing, the growth of scrotum by dermotension, and implantation of testicles into scrotum after removal of dermotension balloon.
