A method for production of vintage fortified dessert sweet white wine includes wine production from grapes of varieties Furming and Hars Level by noncomplete fermentation of wort preliminary infused on fiber with subsequent ageing of wine materials in oak container. The mass concentration of the extract obtained is controlled before ageing.
