METHOD FOR SELECTING DRUGS FOR TREATMENT OF SYSTOLIC DYSFUNCTION IN ADOLESCENTS WITH CARDIAC PATHOLOGY

The method for selecting the drugs for the treatment of systolic dysfunction in the adolescents with cardiac pathology comprises the test survey, the assessment of the morphofunctional characteristics of the heart such as the presence/absence of the impairment of rhythm and conductivity, the arterial hypertension, the heart rate, hypertrophy of the left ventricle. The drug of the most priority for each patient is determined based on mathematical analysis of the factors. In addition, the body mass index, the duration and the tolerability to the physical exercises, the infectious and toxic factors are taken into consideration. The following parameters are examined: the size of the left ventricle (its remodeling), the size of the right ventricle, the ejection fraction of the left ventricle, the presence/absence of diastolic or myocardial dysfunction, the type of myocardial response to the physical exercises. The analytical network method is used for mathematical analysis of the data allowing for the selection of the specific drug among a set of the possible variants accounting for the state of the patient, the interrelationships between the parameters and the drugs as well as feedbacks.
