A method for extraction and transportation of natural gas from gaseous and gas-hydrate offshore fields includes extraction of gas from deposit as result of opening that with a well, binding extracted gas to gas hydrate and transportation of gas-hydrate on a movable transportation mean. To the extraction platform mix of water and gas hydrate comes, or mix of water, gas hydrate and gas with maximal possible content of gas hydrate, this at development of gas-hydrate deposit is formed in the process of affecting that, the result is in transformation of hydrate-containing rock and/or gas hydrate to movable state without dissociation of gas-hydrate, and at development of gas deposit binding maximal amount of gas extracted from the well to composition of gas-hydrate till coming to production platform in the process of its contact with stratal or sea water and utilization of heat of hydrate formation as result of heat exchange with sea water at the section of pipeline with ribbing, formation in both cases in the pipeline of conditions for lift of mix with gas-lift method, phase separation of the mix of water, free gas and gas-hydrate, discharge of water to the sea, melting part of gas-hydrate in restricted volume to obtain high pressure gas, compression of gas in jet apparatus due to energy of high pressure gas, concentration of gas-hydrate through brining water rest to content of gas-hydrate in the process of its cooling and contact with compressed gas.
