METHOD for estimation of toxic effect of doxorubicin and its prevention in experiment

摘要

A method for estimation of toxic effect of doxorubicin and its prevention in experiment by investigation of rat tissues by means of gas-liquid chromatography, at that the changes of palmitic and arachidonic fatty acids before and after correction in rat renal tissues at rubomitcin cardiopathy are determined, with calculation of their ratio with respect to the control, and at change of the coefficient effectiveness of prevention of toxic effect is estimated.
