Joining system between panels and joining profile between them. # Joining system of panels comprising sandwich panels and by joining profiles fixed to the joining edges of the panels, which have in their joining edges with some incoming defined by three inclined walls, while the joining profiles have two extensions or wings (1) and (2) between which there is a central body (5), which is formed by a laterally closed body (3), and a body open (4) laterally, both connected in its central part by a communication channel (6). Thanks to this system the use of a single type of profile is achieved, a system that absorbs the deviations of the profiles, allows the evacuation of water and adapts to the thickness of the panels.
