Solar radiation heat collection system by means of a network of tubes integrated in construction elements and a procedure to heat water by means of said system, with lower cost and impact than current solutions, allowing the integration during construction of the construction elements, which includes a pipe network (6) forming a primary hydraulic circuit (9) through which a thermal fluid circulates, said pipe network (6) being inserted in a construction element (1, 2, 3) not prefabricated of a building and / or urbanization, during the obtaining of said constructive element (1, 2, 3), so that the thermal fluid can receive, accumulate and transmit thermal gains accumulated by the own mass of said constructive element (1, 2, 3).
