Monitoring system emotional well comprising: - at least one sensor (1) portable, configured to measure at least one physiological signal from a user; - logic means (2) configured to receive said at least one physiological signal measured to detect an emotional change according to said signal, and to generate instructions for an external device (3) according to the detected emotional change; - first communication means, configured to connect said at least one portable sensor (1) and logic means (2); - second communication means, configured to connect the logic means (2) to the external device (3) and send the instructions generated to said external device (3); characterized in that the logic means (2) comprise a memory (7), and logic means (2) are adapted to: - if a data block of the measured signal is classified as a neutral physiological state, stored in the memory (7 ) said data block classified as a neutral physiological state, and; - detecting emotional change comparing each block incoming physiological signal data measured with the last data block stored in the memory (7) of said signal, classified as a neutral physiological state.
