An apparatus kinematic motion without reciprocating components, adapted to transform the variations in pressure of a liquid operating in toroidal chambers of cyclically varying volume (8) into mechanical work on a rotating shaft, said apparatus comprises a cylinder (1), rotary piston (4) in said cylinder (1), said pistons containing plunger shafts (6), said cylinder (1) includes a coaxial sleeve (2) on which prismados elements sealing the piston (3) slide, said rotary pistons (4) each have the shape of a sector substantially circular, each circular sector piston is delimited by two elements front disc (5) including elongated slots (7) by passing through said axes of piston (6) allowing said pistons are mutually driven toward each other and from to change the volume of said chambers (8), the movement of the pistons is transmitted to said axes of piston (6) a lever arm (13) including connecting rods passing through bearings rolling on an inner wall of a cam (15) controlling the rule of motion of the piston (14), causing the rotational velocity about an axis of each piston changes cyclically, wherein said bearings (14) have bearing axes which support the pivot pins (20) each of which transmits a movement received by said second piston to a first (16) and (17) coupled rod pivotably, said second rod (17) in turn pivots a crank element (18) rigid with a shaft of a motor (19).
