The syringe (1) comprises: a body comprising a cylindrical side wall (3) having an open upstream end with an inner annular bead (9) and a downstream end closed by a transverse wall provided with an orifice; a rod (10) equipped with a piston (11) having at least two annular sealing lips (12, 13, 14) between which is defined at least one annular chamber (16, 17). The rod, which can slide in the body, defines in the body an interior chamber intended to be at least partially filled with content (18). Passage means (21) arranged in the body are arranged to put said annular chamber of the piston in communication with the outside of the body or with the interior chamber of the body, when the piston is in abutment against the annular bead.
