An industrial production device, providing optimization of biological carriervolume andsurface in dependence on biologically active material extent, consists of acastingmechanism mounted in front of an upper drying channel, through which acontinuousconveyor belt runs. The device is equipped with at least one casting head withtwo rows ofcasting needle injectors connected to a pressure tempered tank and acompressor, theconveyor belt and a drying system which is the source of drying air which isblown by meansof ventilator into an air distribution system with incorporated heatingelements, which runsinto the upper drying channel, and further a lower final drying channel and areswelling tank,between which a wiping and collecting device is mounted. The device isdesigned on thebasis of mechanical wiping and high-pressure rinse, which is connected to apipeline withintegrated high-pressure pump and low-pressure pump running into a collectingreservoirwith cooling and further a rinse box for continuous conveyor belt finalcleaning by jetsconnected to a low-pressure pump, which is connected to a rinse tank bypipeline.
