BIOLOGICAL SAMPLE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BASED ON TWO-DIMENSIONAL BAR CODE TECHNOLOGIES

Provided is a biological sample management system based on two-dimensional bar code technologies. The system comprises: a database, a management server connected with the database, and a plurality of management terminals, bar code printers, data collectors and sample tubes connected with the management server through a network. The bar code printer generates a sample tag for each miniature centrifuge tube that stores a biological sample, and generates, according to a storage position of each sample tube in a refrigerator, a two-dimensional bar code for each miniature centrifuge tube that stores a biological sample. The data collector reads the sample tag and the two-dimensional bar code on each sample tube, and collects corresponding biological sample information of the sample tube. The management terminal logs in to the management server, and the management server establishes record data for each sample tube in the database according to preset data structure and put-in-storage condition of the sample tube. This system specifies the management of biological samples, simplifies operation procedures of put-in-storage and put-out-storage of the biological samples, and accordingly provides conditions for realizing establishment, use and maintenance of a biological sample library.
