Disclosed is a polypeptide with the function of synergistic targeted therapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, formed by linking a peptide for targeted therapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, a connecting peptide and a peptide for targeted therapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with α-helix structure together via covalent bonds. Also disclosed are nanoparticles containing the polypeptide. The polypeptide and the nanoparticles can be used to treat nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
