Disclosed is a low-power-consumption intelligent optical distribution network (ODN) system and the present invention relates to the field of ODNs. The low-power-consumption intelligent ODN system comprises an intelligent management terminal, a master control management disk and a plurality of distribution management disks. The intelligent management terminal is connected with the master control management disk directly or through Internet and a mobile terminal; the plurality of distribution management disks are connected to the position under the master control management disk; and each distribution management disk comprises two relatively-independent hardware units, namely a PMU and a PQU. The PQUs are connected with a CPU of the distribution management disks through control lines, the PMUs are used for collecting and storing information data of ports and communicate with the master control management disk or the intelligent management terminal, and the PQUs independent with the CPU complete a polling operation of distribution ports independently to obtain states of the ports immediately. By means of the present invention, running time of the intelligent ODN management system is increased by more than one time, standby time of the whole system under the condition that power is supplied by a mobile power source is prolonged, reaction time of the system to port changes is shortened, and running efficiency of the system is improved.
