#$%^&*AU2013205152A120141030.pdf#####ABSTRACT A system or facility enabling a person to invest in or deposit funds with a corporation or other entity ("investee") and enabling the investee to allow or procure discounts on the purchase of goods or services by that investor, and wherein the goods or services are paid for by directly debiting that person's investment, here called "deposit account". Also disclosed is a POS card and system therefor wherein the POS card is purchased from a POS card issuer at a point of sale terminal, by (a) provision of identity data sufficient to uniquely identify the purchaser, and; (b) provision of funds in a predetermined amount deposited in a deposit account database of the POS card issuer.
