The present invention relates to the rotating arm driving structure of a dental X-ray imaging device having panorama and CT functions, which is capable of preventing errors in the position values of a rotating arm (including an X-ray sensor unit having a panorama sensor and a CT sensor, and an X-ray light source unit) during reverse rotation, and which is capable of using a mechanical structure to rotate the rotating arm 360 degrees and beyond when the rotating arm is rotated. According to the present invention, the rotating arm driving structure of an X-ray imaging device, which includes a rotating arm driving body having a first rotating plate and a second rotating plate, comprises: the first rotating plate in which the rotating arm driving body is mounted on the top surface of a timing pulley, a first rotating plate stopper is formed on one side thereof, and a connecting shaft is connected to the bottom surface thereof, so that the rotating driving force of the first rotating plate is transmitted to the connecting shaft; the second rotating plate mounted on the first rotating plate, having a first catching ledge and a second catching ledge linked to the first rotating plate stopper and formed on the bottom surface thereof, and having a second rotating plate stopper formed on the top surface thereof; and a rotating arm device stopper mounted on the base plate, contacting the second rotating plate stopper, and stopping the forward or reverse rotation of the second rotating plate, wherein the second rotating plate is linked and rotates with the first rotating plate by means of friction from the weight thereof.
