The present invention relates to a rotational arm driving structure for a dental X-ray photographing device for both panorama and CT. In the device, an X-ray sensor unit which includes a panorama sensor and a CT sensor; and an X-ray light source unit face each other. The present invention rotates the rotational arm at more than 360 degree and prevents error in the location of the rotational arm in case of backward rotation. Given in the present invention, the rotational arm driving structure for an X-ray photographing device includes a rotational arm driving body. The rotational arm driving body includes a first rotational plate which is placed on the top surface of a timing pulley, at one end of which a first rotational plate stopper is formed, to the bottom surface of which a connection shaft is connected to deliver the rotational force of the first rotational plate to the connection shaft, and has a disk shape; a second rotational plate which is place on the first rotational plate, has a first shoulder and a second shoulder which are linked with the first rotational plate stopper, has a second rotational plate stopper on the top surface, and has a disk shape; and a rotational arm stopper which is attached on a base plate, touches the second rotational plate stopper, and stops the forward or backward rotation of the second rotational plate. The second rotational plate rotates by being linked with the first rotational plate using the frictional force due to the dead load.
