This communication integrated system is provided with: a control device (20) for execution of an application program; and a plurality of mobile terminals (31, 32, 33). Each of the plurality of mobile terminals acquires, from an external device over a network, data that includes a plurality of sub-data items necessary for establishing communication with the control device and executing the application program. The control device has a communication operation status acquisition unit (21a) and communication content determination unit (21b). The communication operation status acquisition unit acquires the communication operation status of each of the plurality of mobile terminals. On the basis of the communication operation status of each of the plurality of mobile terminals, the communication content determination unit allocates to the plurality of mobile terminals the sub-data for acquisition that is included in the plurality of sub-data items, and thereby determines the content of communication received by each of the plurality of mobile terminals from the external device.
