The present invention relates to a minimum capacity cocktail kit for the high-rate evaluation of cytochrome P450 enzyme activity. More particularly, the present invention relates to a minimum capacity cocktail kit for the high-rate evaluation of cytochrome P450 enzyme activity, characterized in that the kit comprises probe drugs consisting of caffeine, losartan, omeprazole, dextromethorphan, and midazolam, and the drug metabolizing activity of five cytochrome P450 isozymes can be rapidly measured at the same time. The minimum capacity cocktail kit according to the present invention has the advantage of enabling the drug metabolizing activity of five cytochrome P450 enzymes to be rapidly and safely measured without adverse effects resulting from a decrease in capacity when the kit does not show an interaction between the probe drugs. In particular, the minimum capacity cocktail kit according to the present invention is superior in terms of convenience and practicality since simultaneous administration is possible, the time required for collecting a biospecimen is shortened, and all the drugs can be simultaneously analyzed. Furthermore, the number of blood collections can be minimized and accuracy can be improved by introducing a novel concept to methods using CYP enzyme activity indicators.
