NONMETALLIC THERMOPLASTIC COMPOSITE MATERIAL CURTAIN WALL BOARD FOR BUILDING DECORATION AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR

A nonmetallic thermoplastic composite material curtain wall board for building decoration and a preparation method therefor. The curtain wall board comprises a shell made from a nonmetallic thermoplastic composite material through integral injection molding and a flame retarding foam material main body injected into the shell by pressure. The composite material comprises the following raw materials in weight percentage: 53%-57% reinforcing agent, 15%-35% polypropylene, 1%-5% flow modifying agent, 2%-4% titanium pigment and 1%-3% antioxidant. The reinforcing agent is silicon dioxide, inorganic microfiber or a mixture of them. The curtain wall board has advantages of high strength, high hardness, light weight, corrosion resistance, age resistance, heat preservation, flaming retardant, simple installation and obvious energy economic effect.
