Provided are a thermoplastic polymer-based composite material and a preparation method therefor, wherein the thermoplastic polymer-based composite material is prepared by impregnating a reinforcing material with a mixture or oligomer of an epoxy resin, a bismaleimide resin and a bifunctionality amine (calculated as active hydrogen) and subjecting same to in situ polymerization. The prepared thermoplastic polymer-based composite material has an excellent impregnation effect, an excellent secondary processability, a higher heat resistance, fire resistance and mechanical properties, and is excellent in comprehensive performance.
