Disclosed herein is a hitting device for forming a hole by hitting an alveolar bone at a predetermined force, the hitting device including: a hollow shaped housing having an internal space formed therein; a driving rod inserted into the internal space in a state in which a front end portion thereof is exposed outside the internal space; a receiving body coupled to the driving rod so as to be movable in a direction intersecting with an extension direction of the housing and having a receiving space opened at an upper portion thereof and including a bottom surface formed at a lower portion thereof; a hitting body disposed at the internal space and elastically supported by the housing, such if the hitting body becomes to be aligned with the opened upper portion of the receiving space, the hitting body hits the bottom surface, thereby transferring an impact to the front end portion; and an inducing body installed at the internal space and inducing the receiving body to be changed from a state in which the receiving space is not aligned with the hitting device to a state in which the receiving space is aligned with the hitting device by the movement of the receiving body when the front end portion is moved in a direction toward the internal space.
