The dog bed cover comprises a cover body (1), wherein are arranged partitioning strips (4); the cover body (1) is separated into at least two cavities by the partitioning strips (4), and an opening (2) is formed on each cavity. The dog bed comprises the dog bed cover, and fillers (5) are filled in the cover body (1).
