COMPUTERIZED METHOD AND SYSTEM TO DISPLAY ANALYZING FEATURES FOR ORGANIZATION STRATEGY

Computerized method and system are disclosed to analyze and display organization critical features in the alignment between talent and business strategy in order to support management decisions with an immediate images of the gap between organization business profile and talent profile. The method is based on a computer assisted implementation that allows to automatically pass from a simple set of answers to a specific set of questions in a database, to a set of images, graphs and tables displayed on computer output devices. The method uses a number of rules or tables that are stored in the computer and that elaborate and transform the basic data extracted from the answers into a two dimensional map. Calculated points starting by the rules or table are mapping by the computer in a display matrix and they are interpolated by a interpolation module so that closed shapes are obtained. The comparison and overlap of the different shapes result in synthetic bi-dimensional figures representing on a display the different organization features helpful in the decisional process.
