ORGANIZATIONAL STRATEGY EVALUATION SYSTEM AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRATEGY EVALUATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform evaluation for smoothly executing a strategy in an organization.;SOLUTION: An analysis part 13 of a server 10 extracts, in response to designation of a strategy target in a strategy related table, a department name and a visual point name corresponding to the designated strategy target from a strategy DB 121, specifies other departments related to the extracted department name from a strategy sub-map DB 122, and extracts visual point names of strategy target corresponding to the specified other department names from the strategy map DB 121. The analysis part 13 also extracts weight values corresponding to all the extracted visual point names of strategy target from a department characteristic DB 123, combines weight values corresponding to the same visual point name as the visual point name of the designated strategy target, and transmits determination information corresponding to the combined weight value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
