Disclosed are an advertisement film capable of displaying a variety of colors using a light source having a single color, and a billboard comprising the advertisement film. The advertisement film according to the present invention comprises: a first polarizing film layer; a second polarizing film layer; and a transparent medium film layer which is interposed between the first polarizing film layer and the second polarizing film layer and which has birefringent properties. According to the present invention, a variety of colors can be displayed using a light source having a single color. Further, a variety of separate colors can be displayed in different portions of a billboard, and the same portion of the billboard can be appear to change to different colors according to the moving speed or location of an observer, thereby attracting the attention of people. Thus, the billboard of the present invention may have increased advertising effects as compared to conventional billboards.
