A warehouse (12) temperature and humidity monitoring method and monitoring system, capable of effectively monitoring the temperature and humidity of the whole warehouse (12) and regulating and controlling the temperature and humidity change of each storage location (121) in time, while reducing detection cost. The monitoring method comprises: disposing a detection module (21) in a cartridge (11); transporting the cartridge (11) by means of a transport mechanism (13) to a plurality of storage locations (121) in the warehouse (12), so as to measure the temperature and humidity of each storage location (121) via the detection module (21); transmitting the temperature and humidity values of each storage location (121) measured by the detection module (21) to a console (16) over a wireless network; and the console (16) dynamically monitors the temperature and humidity of the whole warehouse (12) according to the temperature and humidity values of each storage location (121).
