PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring robot which can notify the temperature and humidity measured at arbitrary moving points and whether the temperature and humidity are comfortable or not to a user; and a monitoring method and program of the same.SOLUTION: A moving control part 201 which moves a robot body to the arbitrary points appointed beforehand, a measurement part 202 which measures either or both of temperature and humidity in the arbitrary points appointed beforehand, a memory 203 which stores comfortable range information which indicates the comfortable range of temperature and humidity, a decision part 204 which decides whether the temperature and humidity data which is a measurement result by the measurement part 202 is within comfortable ranges, and a notice part 205 which notifies the temperature and humidity data and the decision result by the decision part 204 to a user are all included.
