The method comprises: receiving a request instruction transmitted by a client (102), the request instruction being used for indicating a target required by the client (102); calling a process corresponding to the request instruction, and acquiring multimedia data information associated with the called process from a database server (104), the database server (104) storing preset multimedia data information of the multimedia education platform; matching the called process and the acquired multimedia data information, and generating learning information; and transmitting the learning information to the client (102).
