A safe driving method of train based on intelligent optical fiber sensing technology and E-shaped and reverse E-shaped leaky coaxial cables is disclosed. By the method, the driving safety is improved by a vehicle-ground both-way communication system formed by an intelligent optical fiber sensor, an intelligent decision processing center, the E-shaped and reverse E-shaped leaky coaxial cables (3), a vehicular antenna (9) and the like. A safe driving system of train based on intelligent optical fiber sensing technology and E-shaped and reverse E-shaped leaky coaxial cables is also disclosed. The intelligent optical fiber sensing system comprises optical fiber sensing heads (5) and sensing cables (10); the sensing heads (5) are comprised by the connection of optical fiber Mach-Zehnder interferometric cavities, optical fiber Fabiy-Perot cavities, fiber gratings, fiber grating groups and other optical fiber pressure sensors. A threshold value signal is transmitted by the sensing heads to a command center through the optical fiber at the speed of light transmission, only when train wheels are pushing over the sensing heads. The intelligent optical fiber sensing technology is immune to external electromagnetic interference; therefore the critical technical problem that railway signals are thunder-struck can be completely solved. Train positioning information, positions, distances and running speeds of all trains in the whole running command interval, and the optimal running speeds of the trains can be accurately acquired; and the distance between the adjacent trains, real-time speeds and the optimal running speed of the train can be displayed on the train by the train-ground communication system; therefore the safety and the transport efficiency of vehicles running on subways, railways and high-speed railways can be improved.
