A crossflow fan module and a building fan using the crossflow fan, comprising a housing (1), a motor (2), a motor seat (3), and a crossflow wind wheel (4). The housing (1) is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, and comprises a top connection seat (5) and a bottom connection seat (6). The housing (1), the motor (2), the motor seat (3), the crossflow wind wheel (4), the top connection seat (5), and the bottom connection seat (6) form a fan unit. A fan unit can be used independently. Two fan units can be assembled and used or disassembled and used as two units. The assembly and disassembly are convenient due to detachable connections.
