A simulation device (900) acquires an architecture model and a scenario description of a system. The architecture model includes a scenario block, a plurality of calculation blocks, a bus model and a memory model. The scenario block issues start signals to the plurality of calculation blocks and detects end signals from the plurality of calculation blocks. The calculation block accesses the memory model via the bus model and performs calculation processing. The scenario description indicates the number of times of calculation processing performed in a series of processing, the number of cycles required for the calculation processing, a read data amount required for the calculation processing, a write data amount required for the calculation processing, and the operation frequency of the calculation block with respect to each of the calculation blocks. The simulation device (900) executes a simulation of the architecture model on the basis of the acquired architecture model and scenario description.
