PRE-120 BP SEGMENTS OF POLYNEDRON GENE AND APPLICATION THEREOF

Provided are pre-120 bp segments of a polynedron gene and an application thereof. The segment utilizes the pre-120 bp segments of the polynedron gene and foreign genes EGFP to fuse and express in common expression vectors and is compared with a total length polynedron fusion expression method. The fusion expression method in the application has property of total length polynedron, reduces pH value of desired solution for solving fusion protein, ensures fusion protein to dissolve in neutral buffer solution and is suitable for carrying out protease enzyme digestion reaction and so on.
