Provided are a traffic signal control system, a traffic signal control device, and a lamp control device, whereby it is possible to reduce wiring between a traffic signal control device and a lamp and improve reliability. A traffic signal control device superpositions lighting signals of different frequencies corresponding to signal lights of each lamp and transmits same to a lamp control device (10). The lamp control device (10) acquires the lighting signals which the traffic signal control device has transmitted. A filter unit (16) passes the acquired lighting signals which are of prescribed frequencies. While acquiring the lighting signals which pass through the filter unit (16), a control unit (11) controls such that the signal lights which correspond to the frequencies should be lit.
