The invention relates to novel guanidine derivatives in the cinnamic series of general formula (I). The invention also relates to the method for preparing said guanidine derivatives and also synthesis intermediates. Finally, the invention relates to the use of the guanidine derivatives for preparing compositions with anti-glycation properties, in particular in cosmetology.
