An advertising main site server that connects to an end user terminal, a partner site server, and an affiliated server through a computer network, and displays a prescribed webpage in response to a request from the end user terminal. The advertising main site server has: a webpage providing means that provides at least a landing page in response to a request from the end user terminal; a partner site checking means that checks whether linked data of the end user terminal that accessed the webpage provided by the webpage providing means corresponds to linked data predefined in an authentication file of a partner site; a (1) cookie output means that outputs a tracking cookie to be sent to the end user terminal, and a (2) click log file output means that outputs a click log file to be sent to the affiliated server, if it is determined by the partner site checking means that the linked data of the end user terminal corresponds to the linked data predefined in the authentication file of the partner site; a click log sending means that sends the click log file to the affiliated server; and a result data sending means that retrieves a tracking cookie from the end user terminal and sends the result data to the affiliated server if the webpage providing means provides a "thank you" page in response to a request from the end user terminal.
