The invention relates to a kit for conditioning and preparing biological samples prior to the chromatographic analysis of various families of antibiotics, comprising separately stored fixed quantities of acetonitrile, a mixture of methanol and an aqueous dissolution of formic acid, and DL-dithiothreitol. The invention also relates to a conditioning method and apparatus and to a preparation that uses the above-mentioned kit.
