The present invention relates to a lithium predoping method, specifically a lithium predoping method which enables uniform lithium predoping for one or more unit cells in a large scale. An embodiment of the present invention provides a lithium predoping method which includes the steps of: preparing at least one unit cell including a positive electrode, a negative electrode and a separation film place between the positive electrode and the negative electrode; placing said at least one unit cell into a reactor and connecting electrodes having the same polarity; introducing an electrolyte into the reactor; placing a lithium metallic plate into the electrolyte and connecting the lithium metallic plate with the negative electrodes; and performing doping of the negative electrodes. According to the present invention, the initial irreversible capacity of a negative electrode is reduced and penetration of positive electrode metal ions with respect to SEI at the surface of a negative electrode is prevented, and thus the capacity and life cycle of a battery can be improved.
