The present invention relates to a method for generating an appraised cost price details report. The method for generating the appraised cost price details report according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: receiving drawing information, in which a defect of a building to be appraised is marked, from a worker terminal through a transmission/reception unit by a report generation system; extracting a type of defect, a size of a defect and the number of defects which are generated in the building to be appraised, based on the drawing information by a defect extraction unit of the report generation system; calculating a repair cost price for repairing the defect of the building to be appraised, on the basis of the extracted type of defect, the extracted size of the defect, and the extracted number of the defects by a cost price calculation unit of the report generation system; and generating the appraised cost price details report on the basis of the type of defect, the size of the defect, the number of the defects, and the repair cost price by a report generation unit of the report generation system.
