A footway signal light (8) is provided on the footway (5), a front section right-turning lane (11), a front section turn lane (12), and a front section single-direction lane (13) are provided on the front road section (3), a front section signal light set (6) is provided between the front road section (3) and the footway (5), a rear section right-turning lane (14) and a rear section single-direction lane (15) are provided on the rear road section (4), a rear section turn lane (16) and a rear section single-direction lane (17) are provided on the rear road section (4), a rear section signal light set (7) is provided on the rear road section (4), and turn zones (9) are provided at two sides of the footway (5). A proper combination is produced by using alternately covered turning around of crisscross pedestrians and cards, so that an effect of arranged and fit flows in all directions at the level intersection is enhanced, a barrierless lane section for bus stations is reserved, there is no direct intersection conflicts, every stream of vehicles can find accurately find respective lanes, and the lane sections are kept in an anti-bottleneck mode to ensure running of traffic.
