The present invention refers to a method for preparation of so-called coffee liquor, by cryogenic grinding of roast ground coffee under an inert atmosphere to achive a particle size of 50 to 75 microns, then mixing the coffee with cocoa butter or melted vegetable fat, and then transfering the resulting liquor into moulds ad cooling.;The coffee liquor bars can be mixed with other solid ingredients and vegetable fats and/or cocoa butter to form composite, coffee-based solid bars.
