Disclosed is a fabrication method of a reduced graphene oxide thin film for preventing the oxidation of metals using a heat reduction method. The fabrication method of the reduced graphene oxide thin film comprises the following steps: preparing graphene oxide suspension; loading the graphene oxide suspension on a substrate; reducing the graphene oxide suspension loaded on the substrate; and coating the reduced graphene oxide on the surface of the metals. The reduced graphene oxide thin film which is capable of stably preventing the oxidation of the surface of the metal is obtained by the present invention without influencing the physical properties of the metals.
