The present invention relates to a composition for identifying ducks including more than one pair of primers selected from primer pairs formed of base sequences denoted by sequence number 1-24, and a method for identifying ducks using the same. The composition for identifying ducks selectively amplifies the genetic locations of microsatellites having the discrimination for a group of ducks for detecting an allele, determining the genotype, and rapidly and accurately identifying the ducks.
